Their stay was good, but when we switch ON the geyser the power goes off every time. And we were not able to use our own room heater due frequent power cuts. breakfast given is of very poor quality and there is no arrangement for drinking hot water also for check in check out luggage staff never helped 😞

Had a good experience through out our stay. The rooms and washrooms were clean and neat, they had 24*7 hot water facility as well.

Bad and narrow road to reach there. Its just a normal hotel with no amenities. Not worth the money. Parking only for 2 vehicles. No restaurant there. They food they served was from somewhere else and its not worth.

This in not a resort but only a home stay and does not worth the price of 5k per night. There is no parking, no restaurant, no reception desk. Away from ooty town near lovedale.

Though the name of the property has resorts but there is nothing like resort it’s one apartment building in a small lane with no litter-ally no view of ooty, the rooms are clean but highly disappoints when it comes to the view i have attached a picture of your reference. Good for people who don’t expect view from room

First, this is not a resort. The name is misleading. Second, the address mentioned does not match the location. The pics of the rooms matched with the ones on site but the cost appeared high for such an accomodation. The address mentiona it as woodcoc road, hollywood hills but the location is near fun-city and surya village. The owner only understands local language and was not even able to share the location of the accomodation. We had to approach the makemytrip team to get it resolved. Although the rooms were neat, i do not recommend it because of the issues i faced

Stay away from this listing and any other listing from this guy! absolute scam! so, i booked this on mm t and upon arrival i called the provided number. A guy came and took us to a different hotel. The room we were given was not the one we were shown in the listing. The hotel we were asked to stay was called 'fair stay. And i booked the room for 4 adults and 4 kids. But the beds provided were too small to accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids (two rooms. And we had to pay extra inr 1600 for a mattress. Turns out, the guy who listed this does not even own the property we actually stayed at. Avoid at all costs!

Green wood resort is good & cool place to stay with family. We enjoyed vacation very much. Service is excellent. Food quality is also good. Location is also not far away from main city.

Hotel is good with nice and clean rooms. Had geyser, tv and cupboard to keep your luggage or dress. Had complementary breakfast on everyday of our stay. Staff is very good really good with customers. They arrange you cabs or auto if u request them for sightseeing. It was very good experience and it was my first travel with my wife. Both like it very much. Would definitely go back there again when visiting ooty.

This is a new cottage in that area and opened up because the season is started. The stay is good without any mobile signal, no disturbance calls. Since the cottage opened early, there were few facilities which were lacking: a. The kitchen - the cottage doesn't have its own kitchen. They have nearby property (approx 750 mtrs, vi-nu valley, from there they usually bring the food and serve it in the room. The food tastes good but becomes cold when they bring it. For breakfast, you need to go that far by walk. Thanks to mm t who have arranged compensation for my breakfast. B. The room is not ventilated enough. C. No phone line. You will be provided with wifi, and then you need to always call them through whatsapp for any room service. The owner itself is doing the room service, which is great as he utmost takes care of the guests. Overall, i will give it a 3 star rating. Let this cottage build up fully with all facilities. And one more thing, in that area all cottages have named themselves resorts but they are still cottage.

Overall it's a very good stay experience. The property owner mr. Karthik was very gentle enough to handle the customers.
