No Proper maintenance during check-in, bedsheets were untidy and towels too. No service to pick our luggage. As per the pic in the bookmy trip it was big and in reality its too small and not sufficient for a family. of 3. very congested. Not happy with the room and the service as well.

Had a nice experience and a pleasant stay. The hospitality was very good and wonderful. The room looks tidy and very neat. Best experience ever had

Ac wasn't working that good everything was okay. But there were cockroaches as well which was disgusting as well

The location is good, needs little improvement like providing fridge and tissue papers, room service people needs to learn on how to handle towels and clean beds, then clean the washroom. It's basic and general training they must follow. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Stay was ok. But there are lot of improvements needed. Lacks proper maintenance staring from lift. Bathrooms are too stained and fittings lack routine maintenance. For the booked breakfast need to go outside a restaurant which is around 150m away from hotel and is always crowded. The breakfast is not buffet and limited to single items. For people who come to bangalore for few days i don’t recommend. It’s good for people who just need an overnight stay on the way. Room size is fine. Kettle is provided but no tea bags/coffee is available. So if you need a morning coffee you need to go out of hotel and walk more that 100 m to nearby restaurants.

The hotel was under renovations. There was paint smell. Horrible experience. Regret the stay. The bed sheets were also not fresh. I have a bad feeling of bedbugs

The housekeeping at the hotel is not up to the mark. The towels are getting a bad smell. Solid soaps and other toiletries available on ask only. Should more concentration on customer needs

Very small rooms. Poor quality of furniture beds / curtains / bed sheets / towels. Everything seemed to be ancient. Curtains were torn. No tissue paper roll in washroom.

Terrible. The hotel not worth. Smelly room. Reception people doesn’t take call. Breakfast is somewhere else. No minimum items provided in the room eg dental kit, tea bags.

The rooms are pretty small and also the washroom too was smaller, apart from that the room was cleanly maintained.

Rooms are not clean properly (especially bedsheets & pillow covers are too dirty. If you are planning to book with complementary breakfast there is no restaurant inside the hotel, you need to visit walk some distance and have to eat at nearby restaurant. Overall it was poor experience in my past 3 years travel experience

Not at all clean washrooms and not worth the price I paid. My family and I had a terrible experience.

Good location but poor experience of room and wash room. There were insects and cockroaches in the wash room. When reported they changed the room for me promptly. No restaurant for breakfast. They are tied up with a restaurant 500m away. You have to go to that restaurant for breakfast which is inconvenient

I loved it nice location all facilities are good i enjoyed the stay i booked online and find location on google map it is easy to find

Overall experience was very good, room was clean, staff behavior was nice and hotel is located at center locations so everything is accessible easily.

The food was good and staff were cooperative. But for breakfast we need nearby other place that was not good and room windows were dusty and ceiling fan was noisy.

Stay was good. The property was find by using google location. Hygeine was good. The service was also good.
