Easy to located culangunte beach and peaceful

I booked this homestay in Goa , and it was one of the most disappointing and frustrating experiences I've ever had. The property pictures as the actual condition of the place was nothing short of appalling. Upon check-in, I was greeted by filth and dirt everywhere. The rooms were infested with mosquitoes, and there was an unbearable pungent smell that made it impossible to relax. The level of hygiene was shocking, with dirty linen, stained blankets that had holes, and a bathroom that was in a terrible state. The bathroom exhaust was broken, and the window pane wouldn’t close, leaving the room exposed and unsafe. To make matters worse, there was no privacy at all, even the mobile network was not there. The space felt uncomfortable, and the lack of proper maintenance was evident everywhere. The induction plate didn’t even work, making it impossible to cook or enjoy the kitchen facilities. This experience was nothing like what was promised or shown in the photos. I’m highly disappointed with the quality of this property and the service provided. I would never recommend this place to anyone, and I will think twice before booking .

Location of the property was super. Buliding was bit old but rooms were ok. Neat and clean.

Good location near Baga Calangute. Easy to find location also food is not available in this property you need to order for outside. food menu and contact number provided by the property.

The caretaker shravan is too weird not communicative and some wierd smell was coming that was the major problem

it is very good property to live in rooms are very neat and clean from inside , it contains all essential facilities in kitchen and room and all are in good working condition.very good for families having kids children approximately 5 to 6 pax. owner is very helpful in nature. the only flaws in this property is its entrance is not aa good as espected and building need some colouring from outside to look beautiful otherwise from inside it is up to the mark.

Not cleaning well drinking water available only one time.

This service apartment was budget friendly. The owners also very good. There is place for parking too.

don't suggest for family dirty and no maintanence I have set repair ac woter getting smell very bad.

It's a good stay. It has all the facilities. It's more like apartment not hotel.

Th apartment was not clean and no proper parking area, tv was not in use, no water was supplied by the incharge, the size of the room was too small to stay, it’s just a room for a two person stay, family not recommended.

Stay facilities were average. However comparatively cost wise it was feasible and it was very at very nearby distance from calangute beach

Worst stay i ever seen. It's an nightmare to our family for staying here. Room looks like we are staying in garbage room

Its a cheap option but its not great to spend 3-4 nights here. Avoid this hotel if one is visiting here with family / any female companion. Its a good stay for bachelors. The place looks too old. There are lot of paint patches due to damp caused by water. The blankets didn’t seem to be cleaned and was foul smelling. Overall a bad stay if you are used to stay at comfy places during your vacations.

The apartment was in very pathetic condition and there was no cleanliness. Also, ac wasn’t cooling at all which was provided in the room.

I am donated rs7000 to this hotel. Due to our baby health issue our travel plan got cancelled, we tried to cancel the booking and take refund but property owner denied after submitting medical documents also. Date changes approval also not given by the hotel. No humanity. Do not go with this property specially with family.

Apartment is not clean properly, and i stay 2 days no anyone to clean room
