I had booked the hotel well almost 2 months ago to avoid last minute hassle. But it was of no use. Hotel name and location was completely different than what mentioned. No one was ready from hotel end to pick the phone and to guide about location. After chasing, they gave us replacement room that was 2 kms from the booked hotel location. We total 11 people with 4 kids had to walk for around 3 kms to get to the hotel. Almost we lost our complete day 1 in this mess. Room which was allotted was the worst one with third class service but we had no option to choose it. gave us a rs. 3000 voucher as a good gesture but it's of no use to us.

bed cover only little dirty, and service not provided, tv not working, other than these all ok. .......

Overall all average stay, but i owner is pathetic there. He won’t treat you with respect. I would suggest not to book just by looking at such lower prices. I would also bring this to notice that manager and caretaker is good and respectful but end of the day owner lives in same place so you have to face him everyday.

Good hotel, Near to beach and market. Parking is big of the hotel and family friendly environment maintained.

No 2 variety of breakfast and no room cleaning, no person to help the customer needs. Blanket smell bad

the stay was excellent and the host mr. hitesh was very polite during our whole stay and helped us in every way possible and made sure our stay was comfortable we didn't have to go anywhere for vehicle rent and deposit problems as he provided us with the vehicle also and managed all the work by himself the environment is very beautiful and peaceful we enjoyed this stay very much and would like to give villa alisha 5 star ⭐

Morning breakfast was not provided to us which was included in overall charges. Hotel management has already informed mmt about unavailable of breakfast. Need our refund for breakfast charges

I would like to know what happened to the money that you about to credit to my wallet. I did not get any update

Room was ok for the price i have paid but the pillows and blanket have a very bad odour it feels like they didn’t wash it. Which was very difficult to adjust and secondly the guy who take cares of the villa ask me 300 extra for chekin abit early gave him 500 and he didn’t return the change. It was a bad experience.

Nice and cheap stay, supportive staff and good for a night stay. Appropriate room size and comfortable for 8 people.

It was a beautiful experience staying at alysia apartment. Care taker mr hitesh thakur is just an awesome person and helped a lot during the whole stay, helped in finding out budget deals for exploring goa. I'd appreciate him to be the best care taker / property owner i've interacted ever. Too m was clean l, ac was working, fresh bed cushions and curtains were as good as new. The view from balcony was so beautiful. It was all in all a lifetime experience. Kudos to mm t team and to alysia staff too. )
