Ridge View by Infinity Group

Hello friends. I had bad experience in this experience in this hotel. I think it does not deserve the name hotel, it has very small rooms and the service was very poor. Stinking washroom, bathroom condition is very bad, means the room I started, you can't even lock the room of bathroom.

Bathroom was so dirty. No cleanness in rooms but staff was so good.

Location and staff are good. Rooms, beds and the bedsheets are not that clean.

The hospitality of the staff was very good and they provided all the things we needed but the cleanliness in the hotel and rooms was not up to the mark and there was a very limited menu for food but the food presentation was good and food was quite pleasant.

Awesome location, just behind the iconic christ church on Ridge. Friendly and supporting staff. Full time geyser. Clean n warm. I visited on new year eve. Shimla was full. But these hotel guys were so welcoming n hospitable.

Dirty bathroom, smell of food everywhere in hotel, clothes are hanging on staircase railing

If u have the last option to stay in Shimla even than no to think of this hotel. It's a girl hostel and they provide some room in them. For the hotel u have to climb no of stairs which make u so tired. They provided dusty blanket. After the make my trip complaint they change it. No the option for veg food.

Guys PL don't go. Last Weekend I have go with my family. Totally bad service dirty room

Very bad quality hotel. Staff was so arrogant and non-cooperative. Rooms were not so good. Dirty blankets were provided. All over very bad experience. Specially staff have very rough behaviour.

Peaceful area. View from the hotel is good

Place was just behind the Christ Church, near By mall Road, Jakhu temple almost close By main attraction of Shimla.

Hotels location, rooms, staff all are good. But rooms are comfortable for max 3 person in a single one.
