Review Of Zostel Homes Harabhag (Joginder Nagar)

We had a very bad experience at this property. Food wasn’t good, they didn’t have a heater in winter days & in morning they ran out of water.

The villa was good, service was feb and the entire view was awesome like the place love the vibe of harabhara bagh !

Terrible stay with no service.

Had a comfortable stay, really good view, location is really nice. It was a pit stop for us and it could not have been better. Food is really good too

Worst hotel that i have stayed in. No towels were provided, bedsheets were dirty. Staff seemed totally disinterested in attending to request for room heater, towels and even in providing glass for water.

Superb hospitality. Sourav and akshay are amazing guys who do not leave any stone unturned in customer service. Very polite & always up for going the extra mile for customer service. I can easily imagine visiting this zostel multiple times. Super vibe at the place.

Here property manager is very polite to talk and very responsive in all circumstances. All staff is cooperative at zostel homes.

Beautiful scenic location, very friendly host. Comfortable bedding. I can rate it as a good place to stay for the people who love nature and a simple living.
