Dirty washrooms, television not working, poor room service.

No one at reception. Dirty bed sheet and pillow covers. No tea/coffee till 9 AM. Had to walk to nearby market place to have morning tea. Only upma is served as breakfast in the package. No one really cares about service.

Bathroom was worst. Dustbin was not all cleaned. Unhygienic place. Room floor was smelling. Charging to drinking water too. Very bad experience.

Bathroom door didn't had the latch or lock system and primary accessory, soap, was not provided

I can't say it was a great stay. But fine. Despite the fact the rooms are comfortable, they can be more clean specially the bathroom floor, mirror and commode. Rooms and corridor can be lit well. There is no tea/coffee maker neither a provision to arrange it early morning around 6 am. These minute things can be taken care of.

It was a good stay in the hotel

Hotel is at walk-able distance from Mahalaxmi Temple, there is a theater nearby, room is good, restaurant is not up to the mark, only one item is served in breakfast and no option so not worth.

Good experience overall, location is central in Town, easy access to main Road, great veg restaurant on 1st floor, clean room.
