horrible experience
We had a disastrous experience with this property. After booking ( by paying in full ) and confirming with Yash, he informed us last-minute that the property was fully booked, blaming MakeMyTrip for the mistake. This was during the peak Kumbh season, making it extremely difficult to find alternative accommodations. To make matters worse, Yash was extremely impolite and unprofessional. After a few attempts to contact him, he stopped answering our calls. Given our terrible experience, we strongly advise against booking this property. The lack of reliability and atrocious customer service make it a risky choice, especially during peak travel seasons.
