Never stayed .. due to medical issue as my wife meet with accident. I also initiated refund request by submitting the medical records yet the resort was inconsiderate and charged full amount..

The hospitality was warm and welcoming — the staff were polite, helpful, and ensured that we felt at home throughout our stay. The food was also quite enjoyable — homely, fresh, and served with love. It really added to the overall comfort of the stay. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a quiet, clean, and charming getaway. Would love to visit again!

Bathroom got locked and nobody fixed it my mother got locked inside

It was a fantastic stay at white mist. It is a very peaceful & serene location. Food was very tasty & amenities were good. The staff was very courteous.

The room was very claustrophobic and dinzy. Didn't like the service as well, we have booked for our first anniversary celebration- they have promised over the phone that they are going to plan a surprise for us with wine or cake. But when we asked for it, they denied - due to this we didn't cut the cake as well.

The stay was really good with good view and ambience. The most commendable part was the service. Exemplary service by each and every staff. Food was also good.

The ambience and the location was good in the resort. The food which they served was below average. The complimentary breakfast was thumbs down when it comes to variety and quality. Even the paid food was not upto the mark considering the amount they were charging. The road connecting to the resort is broken to core and not recommended if you are coming on motorcycle which we had.

Pleasant stay with excellent hospitality. There are definitely few improvements required from the club room perspective in the washroom and general upkeep, but the attitude of the staff superseded these minor challenges. The food was excellent and the play areas, lawns were very well maintained. The rooftop restaurant has some amazing views and is a memorable experience.

The stay was really good. The staff and hospitality was awesome. Overall it was worth staying. Surely visit again.

The place is comfortable, with a very scenic view from the room. The property itself is vast and engaging. There are many nearby attractions to explore, such as lakes, trekking trails, nandi hills, and temples.

We visited white mist for the second time over a long weekend recently and we were glad to find that all the good things were as good as last time. We loved the food, cleanliness and overall ambience of the resort. All the best to the white mist team, please keep up the good work!
