Considering cost of the resort rooms are not upto the mark. You can clearly hear outside noise in the room. Most of the people come to this resort of day visit and day picnics so in the night very less people are there in the resort. Breakfast time is very late we got breakfast at 9:30. It is not ideal resort for stay but it good for day picnic or dinner

Lush green well maintained property with good cottage rooms. Food served is good with sufficient quantity. Property is godavari backwater facing which adds to the serenity. However wifi network is weak which caused problem in attending some urgent office work. Mobile network is also unstable at few places. Swimming pool is very small which can mostly be used as background in pics, especially for tall people. There is no proper reception as such but staff greets you at the entrance and they are helpful. Overall average rating on value for money but definitely a one time try.

We (me, wife and 2 yr old daughter) had booked 2 months in advance and paid for three nights. However when we turned up on the morning of the trip, we were denied check in as all rooms were given to another wedding booking which came along. We were rudely asked to return back next week. When requested for using their rooms so my baby could change her diaper, we were denied that too and asked to use the restaurant washroom. This is was shocking for me and my wife and their unapologetic and rude tone was even more disheartening. The place seems very average versus what pictures they show with very poor and scant support staff. Thankfully makemytrip helped us get another booking at nashik else our vacation was doomed. Pity this place that they lost a good repeat customer and i will always advise those visiting nashik to not even consider this place. Need to take action against such unethical hotels who do not hon-our their commitment

Few things to be added to make this perfect. Room service, more toiletries, fridge in room

Actually your resort was very nice. But only the issues face by us is the coordination between the restaurant and the resort due to which some hurdles have been faced by us
