Hotel Curry Leaves

Few cockroach were seen in Restaurant & in Room No 204, Cupboard, except that, good

They don’t provide any service on time , rooms were full of cockroaches & staff does not how to respond to customers very rude even we ask for basic services, we had included brakfast in our booking we want to leave by 8:00am they said they start their breakfast at 8:30 which i have never seen at any hotel

Hotel is good with good food quality. Staff is not polite and seems arrogant. Hotel rooms are good but need pest control as found cockroaches.

There were cockroaches all over the room, 1-2 small ones can be seen here and there. Also there were rats inside the false ceiling which makes noise every now and then.

The rooms were nice but the bed sheets and blankets seemed dirty and used and had stains on them. The staff was very rude and breakfast options limited. They even charged 20% extra on room service which was quite absurd. The ac was was not operative from the the room itself but from the reception which was quite a hassale as we had to call the reception every time to operate.

Property was nice Room was not good as the roof of room was facing water leakage As per my booking I have 10% discount on al-a-cart order of food but it also said no by the receptionist So it was poor experience

GOOD EXPERIENCE AND GOOD TO STAY GOOD AND CLEAN ROOMS,BUT THIER RESTAURANT FOOD QUANTITY IS VERY POOR BTW ALL OTHER THINGS ARE GOOD

The service at Hotel Curry Leaves was very slow, it took a lot of time and there was no remote for the TV, the TV was off, the air conditioner was completely broken, it was making noise and I had to call the hotel staff several times for any single thing, even then they were not able to get the work done, there were cockroaches in the cupboard also.

Our stay with hotel curry leaves was pathetic as their service was very pathetic and linens were dirty, floor was sticky, washrooms were uncleaned, there were no fans apart from AC, only good thing was food, food was good.

Hotel is very easy to find and is in good location. The view from balcony was good with trees opposite. The rooms are clean and very well maintained, bathrooms are also maintained super well. Food in restaurant is also good. Response from staff is quick and respectfull

rooms are neat and clean food is best but waiting time is too much For tea they took 40 min to deliver to room only thing i find where they can improve and hot water is something they need to look into we faced problem
