familyIt was a very nice stay. The hotel is very suitable for staying with family or kids. They have all the facilities in room though since we were staying for one night only, we could not use much of it. The staff was very polite and nice. The room was awesome and was very clean as well. I loved the stay.

The location of the hotel is not as per it is being shown online

Service was fine. Only owner was there in the hotel, who was dealing with all the guests. No staff was there. Room was nice with good cleanliness. Faced hardship in locating the hotel, as it was located in a residential area, approx 2.5-3 km from what it shows online. Also, hotel denied to provide the hotel bill from their side.

The Guest House staff had retired for the day by the time you checked in Around midnight and was probably occupied with the room service requirements of other guests during your early morning checkout. It was nevertheless a privilege to learn from your experience and bring home some flax seeds) As for the bill, I had explained that the same would be submitted by your source of booking in email. Owner is rude. They are not providing heaters even paying their per night charges. If you are not getting place inside Dera only then give this hotel a try, else strictly no. Moreover, no morning tea is available.

Dear Sahil, it's a huge disappointment to see your review especially since you did not even stay with us. It was a pleasure for us to have had your parents as our guests and we were happy to have served morning breakfast, including hot tea which is part of our multi-cuisine room service menu available for all guests. As for the heater, it is available only upon request and apparently no such request was made. There are extra care and attention given to our guests as we understand and attend to the guests with utmost passion and it gives great displeasure to hear incorrect information vetted out in this manner.

Satsangi's paradise

I felt blessed and surprised to see that the place is meant only for Satsangis. No doubt that I had one of the best stays here. The food was great too.
