New property. So the room is good. Hospitality is terrific. 1. Before completing the dinner in the room, they asked to pay with tips. 2. Complimentary breakfast was not served as no staff is available till 7:30 in the morning. 3. No arrangement for tea in the room . 4. With no other option, left the hotel without having tea & breakfast though I paid for the same. Sincere request to MMT for not recommending this property for your senior citizen client like me.

First of all thank you sir Thank you sir for giving your important time to review us,sorry for the inconvenience cause to you sir.1.I promise you sir we will take legal action to the service boy and try to do never happens that with other, 2.Actually our resort opening time was 8:00 AM sir in case of guest demand we provide early morning breakfast that was a communication mistake sir if you tell us about early morning breakfast at night we must provide to on time,sorry for that sir,3.we will must work on your suggestion sir,We request you to please visit again we will try to give you better service as per your acceptation.Thank you again for stay with us,have a good day sir.

Location is not so attractive, but after entering the resort you will experience a serene environment with hills at backdrop. Rooms are large and well maintained with proper room services. Food quality is too good.

The location was excellent, the food was good, amenities were adequate, rooms were spacious, and services were good. They should keep a kettle with some tea bags and coffee sachets as a standard of service. In our case they provided us a kettle, but it was due to the generosity of the manager.

I have not stayed there and talk to Simran that time only for refund as you people had not verified this property which is under construction and only 1 staff is there with no occupancy there and my wife gone with her sisters, they all are women’s and totally unsafe for them. If you people think this ok than ok I will do as I think.

sorry for the inconvenience cause to you.Actually we cant show you how mush room occupied ..mam getting panic at the check-in time.About security we have all time guards at main gate and our property is fully covered with CCTV cemra.and about refund policy you can cancel you booking before 24 hrs before the checkin date...

Terrible Stay

The stay was extremely disappointing and far from what one would expect from a 3-star establishment. The toilets were broken, the beds were unclean, and the entire place was infested with mosquitoes and bugs. To make matters worse, there was a new year’s event scheduled from 8 pm to 1 am on the hotel premises, right outside our room. This event, which involved outsiders being invited, was neither disclosed to us in advance nor managed to ensure safety. The noise and lack of security made us feel highly uncomfortable and unsafe. As a result, we had to check out within 15 minutes of arriving at 1:30 pm, cutting short our entire booking period.

Ved Vatika provides a brilliant residential experience for you. It is located at a very beautiful location, just beside the Pareshnath Hill with a clear view of the Pareshnath Temple at top. Top class room service and food. Very good place for all age group people. Calm and serene, situated at the outskirts of the Pareshnath Hill, there are cottages where you can stay with your family and loved ones. Must visit.
