Basic, no frills hotel, neat and clean room. Walking distance to jain temples.

we stayed for 4 hours and paid Rs.1600.we stayed form early morning 5.30 to 9.30

The room was very clean and neat. Well maintained. The staff need to be bit educated about online bookings and given facilities. Otherwise they gave a very good response and very polite.

Water available was not hot. Water in the jug was not good. The lady here mentioned that they don't give bottled water. She could have mentioned that it's available and chargeable. She didn't do it. Had throat infection after drinking that water.

Worst. There is no supply of drinking water and there is no land phone to call room boys and toilet is not clean and very much mosquitoes in room the attender not responding about mosquitoes and totally worst

Neat and clean place to stay. Spacious rooms and cool toilet. Cool service. There’s car park space. Moreover the place is beautiful, calm & serene.

It's good worth money stay. Location is good. We did get room without tv though. But other things were good

The staff of the hotel are very rude they say rules and regulations but they dont tell people about the same and hotel place is not so well light available

Hotel is quite away from bus stand. As i travel-led by bus, i could have made other means of transport to reach here. If travel-led by tourist cab it's convenient place. Haven't taken food here as i didn't get required food bathroom is clean and good staffs are very cooperative and humble

The restaurant is not flexible in anything after booking in mm t they took additional 4000 and made us vacate without giving any time for packing and they said don’t book through mm t they will deduct too much commission if you come directly we will give more discount and they also said you need not come to our hotel

It was a wonderful experience while staying in vardhman dhanshala residency. All prominent spots in karkal were in walking range from our stay. Location, cleanliness and services were excellent.

Excellent hygienic rooms and washrooms, friendly behaviour exceeded our expectations about the room. We stayed 3 in one room and 2 in another room

The hotel is located in an accessible place, very close to the highway to udupi. Sub-par welcome and check-in process, rooms are tidy for the most part but be sure to check the whole place thoroughly before accepting the room. There's no on-duty maintenance staff, which can be a really annoying issue especially if you need something changed or cleaned. The one caretaker who is usually around is quite rude, as well. Our personal experience was not good, but the hotel has potential. I would suggest to book only if you've got a referral from someone who had a good experience. Just find another place if possible.

No drinking water in room, restaurant not functioning
