Review Of VARAM RESIDENCY

The room and wash room both are ugly and pungent smell is coming. Complementary breakfast was horrible. They have served one idly and just two spoons of upma with a cold tea. TV is displaying only one colour a there may a picture tube problem. While check out also no one has come. Too worst experience I ever had in my life.

We had an just okay experience at Vanam Residency. 1. This property is under renovation/repairs.😟 2. ⁠Total house keeping is below average.☹️ 3. ⁠Door locks are not proper, it’s very hard to open and close the door.😡 4. ⁠No hot water supply in toilet, they are unable to shift the room as hot water lines are broken and under repair. After few calls,they provided hot water in buckets 5. ⁠House keeping / room service staff do not respond to calls. Need to call them many times. 😡 6. ⁠Front desk staff are very friendly and excellent to help their guests.❤️❤️❤️. 7. ⁠Restaurant food is average, need to improve.🤔. 8. ⁠Insufficient parking place☹️. This property needs lot of improvement. 👍🏻

wifi showing but no network,booked superior room got common room reason hotel is under renovation, breakfast time was given 8.10 am but served at 8.30am, also variety of menu was not available!

Walls, Bed sheets are with stains. Taps in wash room are very old and most of them are not functioning. I used to stay in that hotel about 12 years back. Then it was an average. After a long time I went to that hotel. I found that since then no painting to walls, no maintenance to furniture and wash rooms. Finally it’s a horrible experience.

Stay was good but breakfast start time was delay. Comfortable stay. All amenities are good. Rooms maintaining good

In this hotel is very worst maintenance even no water bottle in complimentary so next time not preferable everyone

The worst service, there no hot water for bath and there drinking water for daily needs pls need improve those things

Hi we stayed suite room. Experience very bad. Bad maintenance. Washroom is very worst. Totally my amount was wasted

The quality is very bad. The bedsheets are very ugly n at-least noglasses or water bottle in the room very poor management so don't stay food is also average.

It's much easier to access from the rt c bus stand.

In room no wifi,no hot water, noTV, no water,no dental kid, bed sheets not good😔food is coming oil small. over all no service. only room.

The room was moderate however the service was not good. There was no wifi and mineral water was not provided

Clean room with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Rating 4

Good hospitality, good breakfast and good location.

Toilets were pathetic. Water leaking from ac. Intercoms not working, tv not working. Lenin not washed properly. Sticky rooms. House keeping pathetic.
