Review Of UTSAV HOTEL AND RESORT

The room is very clean, the room service is top notch and the food is very tasty

the best part of staying in this Hotel is the food and behavior of staff. very polite and well behaved staff. breakfast is always satisfactory. strong recommendation to stay during Banswara visit.

Good property, location too Good. room size as shown at booking time 400 ft2 was not there. Room service n food quality was Good. Breakfast in buffet was canceled because of low occupancy of rooms...which was not desired from hotel side. Front office staff n restaurant staff was courteous n helpful.

Location is very good with easy avalibility to other facilities like mall, other eateries, petrol pump, atm etc. This hotel is similar to a five star hotel. The food is also good, with other eateries like us pizza and casablanca inside the hotel premises.

Nice facility with modern features considering that it is a small town in rural rajasthan. Mostly clean and well maintained. Although had to deal with stained towels and dirty floor foot wipe towel. Room features were above average and all functional. Toilet was clean and hot water and shower was good. Restaurant is good and friendly staff. Good complimentary breakfast for a small town hotel. Impressive!

Hotel utsav is nice and good budget hotel,

1. Bad services 2. Room not given as booked 3. Bathroom fitings are not working 4. Ac is not working as per staff 5. Tea coffee breakfast not available 6. Parking is not available

The room was fine overall but the services were very bad, there is no such parking available on the property you have to park your branch in front of the hotel and sometimes you need to wait because another vehicle is parked at the back of your vehicle. Also the food was not good and the room service is terrible, you have to call 10 times at the reception and go to reception yourself just to get a couple of towels delivered, also the room service guys enter your room themselves without your permission. This is a serious privacy issue.

It was just a one day stay at the property. When i reached there the check-in process was smooth. The room was clean and hygienic. The main thing is the food and it was so delicious. I'll definitely recommend it if you guys go on a trip to banswara.

My stay at utsav was very comfortable apart from parking problem as i did't got parking for my car apart from this hotel staff is good, food is also good, rooms are so spacious having all required amenities
