Need to be active staff and required more cleanness in Hotel room.

The Hotel is at the right location in the City, you have petrol pump, food joints and other hotels Around.

Staff behaviour was good. Room was not very much clean. Food was good.

It was a good stay at the hotel and everything was nice except for the fact that they charge for room service which no 1 charges.

It's a good place, peaceful environment, staff very cooperative and good behavior, food is mind-blowing, I will visit again.

The service staff so rude. We placing the order for in room dinning. But refuse to send food. So they put put menu inside. Not at all accepted

Asked tea without sugar, still they served normal with sugar multiple times.

While booking, I was apprehensive of quality in a small city like Banswara which is neither a tourist attraction nor a business centre. The rooms offered through MMT are the best rooms in the hotel. All 4 rooms are on the 4th floor room Nos 401 to 404. Quite spacious rooms having a sofa (in 401 and 403), a wardrobe, Split AC, a geyser, and an TV. I chose this hotel primarily because it has a lift and I had a family member who couldn't climb stairs. So, I didn't book another hotel which was close to the city centre. Lift is new and works well. In case of power failure, there is a Diesel Generator. Hotel staff is quite polite and helpful. Breakfast was not included in the tariff. However, breakfast served in restaurant is good but being a small hotel, variety is limited to paranthas. There is no tea cattle in the rooms so you have to wait till 7am for your morning tea because no staff reports before 7am. Another issue that may bother many guests is the presence of lizards. The staff opens up the widows of the hall during the day which they don't close by sun set and the light attract dozens of lizards so don't get surprised if one two lizards slip into your room.

Easy to reach hotel, Good and cooperative staff. Lift facility available, Good space for lobby. Interior of room is good, 24 hours hot & normal water supply. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Nice to stay.

Good location, cooperative staff, hygienic room, Room tarrif is little bit hire comparative to Relax Inn, room is having moisture on roof, overall very good experience, I suggest to complementary break fast. I would like to stay once again if improvement will take place

Ganpati hotel in Udaipur road it's so far from bus stand in this hotel. Service was very poor but location wise very good. Room cleaning is good in night. Food facility is not provided but for travelling in banswara and other side any time available auto and etc. Otherwise, good.

In Banswara Good hotel with right and proper connected location. After 11. 00 pm they will not provide services. Only emergency services will be provide. Food is good. Manager behaviour is also good.

Other rooms available with the hotel are more better. Make My Trip should provide booking facilities of other rooms in hotel. Over all the stay at Banswara was good. The hotel has an attached restaurant, with descent vegetarian food. Non-veg is not available in the restaurant.
