Dear Treebo Customer Experience Team,
I recently stayed at Treebo Trend Risha, Chandrapur from 22nd July to 23rd July 2025, and I regret to inform you that the experience fell significantly short of the standards expected from a Treebo property. I wish to highlight the following issues for your immediate attention:
1. Housekeeping and Room Condition
• Cleanliness was substandard, with visible dust and lack of upkeep.
• The room had a damp, musty smell, likely due to moisture ingress and spalling paint caused by monsoon humidity.
• The sofa was visibly torn, with holes in the upholstery.
• Shower gel bottle was missing from the bathroom rack.
• The geyser was undersized, unable to provide adequately hot water — water remained only lukewarm, which was especially inconvenient.
2. Breakfast and Food Service
• Despite being informed that breakfast would be available post 9:15 AM, it was still not served by that time.
• Due to the delay and lack of readiness, I had to check out without having breakfast, which was disappointing and inconvenient.
3. Property Accessibility and Infrastructure
• The approach road to the hotel is poorly maintained, making access difficult.
• The lift starts from the first floor, not the ground level — highly inconvenient for guests with luggage.
• The lift was unclean, with spitting stains, and frequently overcrowded due to usage by gym-goers on the 3rd floor, as the hotel is located on the 4th floor.
4. Service and Reception
• The reception staff were inattentive, lacking responsiveness and hospitality during check-in and check-out.
5. Positives
• The linen was clean and of good quality, which was appreciated.
This experience did not reflect the quality typically associated with the Treebo brand. I request that you review these concerns and take immediate remedial action at this property to avoid inconvenience to future guests.
