A cordial hotel located on Chandrapur main road. Everything is good but for lacking parking space and in-house restaurant for the breakfast....

Room is good, service is ok, many things should be improved like empty shampoo and body wash bottles, clean kettle etc

parking was available. But it is public parking on the road outside, not inside premises. A car dealer (different from the hotel owner) owns the ground floor premises and gets to dictate terms for parking etc. to be observed by hotel guests on 3rd floor. We had driven from Nagpur with a lot of stuff in our car, and were anxious about leaving it outside. But both the security guards as well as the reception desk boy were quite indifferent about this. The receptionist assured me that nothing would happen to the car. The next day we found one tyre completely flat, but a puncture could not be detected! And the following day we found yet another tyre with the air much reduced. So much for the security! The hotel doesn't yet have a restaurant but they order from some other restaurant with a very limited menu. Once I drove by the restaurant they were ordering from and found it a very shabby place. Better you order yourself with Swiggy or Zomato. The reception boy was quite rude and didn't even wish us good morning. Room was very comfortable and spacious - but no mini-frig inside. What's the use when the service is so poor!

Neat and clean rooms. Definitely budget friendly. Altogether you might have to order your meals from outside. Also the him below is quite noisy, but manageable.

In absence of customer at the time of cleaning someone stolen something & when the discussion with receptionist they can't agree to show camera & can't proper answer only say sorry. Breakfast service is very vert poor aak for something & provide different. staff behaviour is, I have no words.

The location of the property is very convenient.. very neat clean and spacious room. Totally value for money

The Hotel is new, nice and clean but one negative thing is the noise of the gym music along with the gym machinary is a drawback. Rest all is good. It was a nice and cosy stay But however the drawback is there is a gym on the second floor and it gets very loud with all the music and the dropping of heavy weights on the floor was disturbing. Rest it was a good experience

Shortage of water inside the bathroom, shower diverter is not working, hot water is not coming, parking is not there. Food is not here. And whatever breakfast given does have choice. My overall experience is not good

No restaurant No transport facilities. I had to take lift from a passer by with a two wheeler to reach railway station. Reception person was totally ill mannered.

Though room is nice ,Very horrible Service. They don’t have kitchen I ask for tea at evening they was not have. For Breakfast they ask me confirm by night only what we would like to it nd then kept it in room by morning 8. They didn’t have room sleepers , face wash , comb etc. basic stuff . Fed up with stay.also don’t have parking space . Also u need to drag your luggage by own from public parking which is depends where you will get. May be a KM away. At night guard ask to open gate nd close by own nothing wrong in that but it shows hospitality they have. For everything they have a ans *NO*
