Clean room, humble staff and very good service, dinner also very good, located at the main transit location.

Had to change room because of noisy tenant in adjoining room. Otherwise stay was good. Breakfast was cold.

AC, TV not working

Property is not maintained well..broken AC, brokenbathroom sealing, room light bulb were fused..room service is bad..corridor carpet was not cleaned in fact looked very bad...bed sheet are not cleaned and with lot of stains and have not fresh smell..in total it’s was not at all good experience...next time I will not choose this property for sure

Hotel is good, staff is cooperative, infrastructure is old and rooms are too small in category of 5k per night. Breakfast spread is ok, can be add more range. Overall, average stay.

Hotel was good for oneday stay. Required pesticides to the room. As i found lot of small cockroaches inside the room.

Towel was not clean in bathroom and no tooth brush, shaving kit was also not available

Valet person was very rude. Not well maintained, service not up to the mark. Overall not worth the price.

Terrible stay. Shower knob and shower cap not working. Mosquitoes in room. Torn sofas. Unclean towels. Pathetic place. Not much options in breakfast

As this is the only decent hotel the property claim. I find this hotel the worst hotel in my entire life highly overpriced. Mosquito and baby cockroach in the room. The room is shabby with holes in sofa. No hot water. Rice we ordered was half cooked. It is better to stay in airport loumge or railway station. Big no to this hotel.

The stay was good. The foods was also nice, would definitely recommend for a trip in chandrapur.

Hello the was no hot water in the shower. Once i turned on the cold water, there were no water pressure. I would have been impossible to wash long hair. The a/c in the roome was very very noisy. The refrigerator was not turned on when i arrived in the room. I turned it on and put some bottles of water in it, to have cold water the next morning. I was disappointed to find my water at room temperature, because the refrigerator didn't work.

Property location is good. Aminities are good but wifi is not working properly and after complaining it has been not resolved.

Tv not working properly meant times follow up by me but solve after 1 day and automatically recharge back and tv again not working

The ac in my room 201 was having a irritating sound. This must be known to the hotel management earlier. After first day of stay when matter raised to the hotel, they said it can be corrected after 2-3 days, there is some spare part required. Guests hardly stay for 1-2 or max 3 days, what's the point of getting the equipment corrected after 2-3 days.

Overall the property is good, and needs little maintenance. The staff is supportive, and the location is good.
