Hotel is good and we'll behaved staff food is excellent gym & swimming pool also nice Airport is just 10 minutes drive

Rooms had cockroaches, someone pressed the calling bell and ran away at night. Dirty carpets outside room

property good but need regular maintenance, food upto mark, some amenities like fridge not working and services lacked professional touch . Staff needs to be more prompt so as to curtail waiting period at check in and check out.

Property location is good and switching city. The staff were nice and rooms were comfortable. Dining and food quality was excellent.

Hotel have no car parking. They even don't have a kitchen. Till 9:45 am they were unable to serve breakfast. Worst stay i ever had.

Hotel was very untidy and stinky and even the breakfast which was sir was non hygienic people wear not clean and toilets were also not clean

We had booked a suite. Washbasin tap had no water. Hotel staff saw but didn't solve it. They dint have inhouse plumber. Food not so good. There were cockroaches in bathroom and room. It's mainly a banqueting & conferences hotel not for rooms only. Overall not a good experience. But options are limited in chandrapur. Hope somebody starts a better hotel in chandrapur.

ND hotel is conveniently located on main road, parking is spacious, rooms are clean and toilet is well maintained, seems like the best hotel in chandrapur. Their restaurant serves tasty food.

I think hotel is not up to the mark when you say 3 star hotel. Restaurant washroom not cleaned. I had morning breakfast here and found that plates and bowls also not cleaned properly. Food quality can be improved i ordered dos a from live kitchen. Lift area smells very bad. Other than above property is good. Service can be improved. I don’t have it now. When i can get my 10 percent discount

Booked a suit and found out that the mattres was very old and while seating the springs of mattresses were poking. Asked staff for the replacement of the mattress but as per them no extra mattresses were available and the staff was not even attaining complaint.

Very good hospitalilty

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.

The rooms are spacious, good food quality, the location is convenient, ample safe parking. The breakfast was also good, they had offered a lot variety.

All pictures were true in sense of the actual thing we found in the hotel. Description matched perfectly well. Were happy with the amenities inside.

First of all rooms are spacious and all the amanieties are all over their like mini fridge, coffee maker, sitting area and queen size bed bathroom was also clean and spacious and the staff was professional and familiar overall a good stay for families and couples also

Allotted room on the 3rd floor, it was raining outside. Rain water was tripping in the room and wetting the floor. Also a lot of water dripping from the ac on the room floor. Sweeper cleaned the room on call around 10:00 pm, asked to change the room but the receptionist told me that all rooms were occupied. Staying in this hotel since long time but never faced this kind of bad experience. I will avoid staying in this hotel in rainy season

1 day decent stay with family in a royal suit. But as per teriff things are not good enough. Tv channels are not ok. Food is average. Room service is good
