It was an average hotel.

This hotel was below average. The rooms were lousy and Washroom were not very good.

Location was good. But the Room service was very poor. They allotted rooms to another before we checked out. There were Cockroach in a rooms toilet. Even the towel was not provided by the Management. But the location was good as the rooms window were open towards The river side.

Best for bachelors. Staff are very cooperative... They can arrange all adventure activities for you at discounted price. Walking distance to ramjhula... Got a decent view of ganges and most of the rooms. And last but not the least.. Chai was awesome... Decent overall.. Not luxurious.

Location is good. Nature of staff are very amicable. Near to bus stand, auto stand, ram jhula, evening ganga arti happens beside the hotel. Room were very clean. Staff are little less on experience so small mistakes can be ignored

The people are very helpful providing all info and services that we ask for. Very accommodative of the Amt to pay. Helped us in getting a discount on MMT and other websites through airfare coupons. No issues what so ever.

My experience was not to long, I just check in 8 pm and check out at 10 am I didn't ask for any kind of service allwyes my first priority in my stay is a clean washroom so it was there I pay just 551 so value for money it's OK. Man behind the reception was good and very humble, Location of hotel is not very good but it's good for who cm here for rafting and for more adventurous activities

Location is good. Near to rafting area. Staff is OK and transportation is near to hotel. Room is clean. They have given good service and food is also good. AC is not effective. They have not provided blanket.

Staff was friendly. Location is good. But rooms were not hygienic. Even found a black work wrangling in bathroom. Beds are low quality. Only positive thing was rate. Go if you want to save money. Will not recommend for more than one day.

No cleanliness, location is too far from actual ghaat and market, and if you reached before check-in time you will not get the room if it is not occupied. You have to pay extra amount.

Its a Nice hotel, beautifully placed we can see River maa ganga and the mountains once you remove the curtains, with the sunrise the sunrays directly comes to the room, its hardly 700 meters from Ram Jhoola. They have other activities too like rafting, bunjee jumping and camping. People on reception are co-operative. Nice Hotel Nice Place Nice People

Friendly staff and cleanliness are two points coming to my mind. It was good stay and adventures. I may go to same place again next time. I did not try food there, so cannot comment on the food. Worth for money paid after discounts.

Infrastructure and location is good as far as covering both Rishikesh and Laxman Jhula is concerned. Cleanliness and service is shabby. Proximity to generator set and kitchen makes room number 17 very hot. Water was found dripping from ceiling of room number 18.

Good budget hotel at this price with average rooms.

The room is pretty decent sized. However, the sheets are not changed and the quilt provided is not exactly what I would call clean. For the cost I was paying, it was ok for me. But I wouldn't take family there.
