Clean room, good room service enjoyed my stay

We had a great stay at Tirupati... its very good hotel with great rooms and staff. Rooms are above our expectations.

Food was good, property location is awesome if you don't have your own vechile you should easily get the public transport room service was also good

Room: the room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and impeccably clean. The king-sized bed was very comfortable, with crisp, fresh linens. We had a large balcony with a stunning view of the ocean, which was a highlight of our stay. The room came equipped with a flat-screen tv, mini-bar, coffee maker, and complimentary wi-fi. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring a luxurious rain shower, high-end toiletries, and plush towels. Room rating: 4. 7/5 the only downside was that the air conditioning unit was a bit loud during the night, which slightly affected the overall comfort. Cleanliness: throughout our stay, the hotel maintained a high standard of cleanliness. The common areas, including the lobby, pool, and dining spaces, were spotless. The housekeeping staff was efficient, and they always ensured our room was tidied up promptly without disrupting our plans. One of the most notable experiences was when the concierge helped us plan a last-minute excursion to a nearby island, offering insightful recommendations and handling all the logistics seamlessly. Service rating: 4. 9/5 amenities: the resort offers an impressive range of amenities. The outdoor pool with ocean views is a highlight, and there is also a well-equipped fitness center, a spa offering relaxing treatments, and a beautiful private beach for guests. We also enjoyed the variety of dining options, including a buffet breakfast with a wide range of international dishes, a mediterranean restaurant for dinner.

I arrived at hotel, it was a luke warm welcome. The receptionist didn't even know if I had a reservation for which I had paid for. The receptionist then after approx 30 mins allocated a below substandard room. I had also travelled a lot and very tired. There was no toilet paper, nothing was adequately organised. I called reception and was cut off maybe due to communication in English. To assist I stared speaking in Hindi. I called twice for toilet paper and then escalated to manager Rahul came and corrected a lot of issues just before finishing his shift. I requested an extra pillow which took 4-5 phones and a lot of promises for pillows to be delivered soon. I had taken tablets for my condition and needed to sleep from not only a tiresome journey but also a bereavement ceremony that I had done before coming to this hotel. The next day canteen staff were good and did go the extra mile. It was an infuriating experience I feel I should be compensated

Very nice and elegant rooms and staff is also very friendly with polite way of talking. Everything is properly cleaned and placed inside the room.

Rooms are newly renovated. They are neat and clean. Staff was very cordial. Overall a good place to stay!
