I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your property, which fell far below expectations.
During my stay, I faced several issues:
• There was no proper guidance about the location and the reception was often unattended.
• The bathroom had water leakage, which made it very uncomfortable.
• At night, neighbors were playing loud music, disturbing my rest.
• Milk powder and tea sachets were not provided, and basic amenities were lacking.
• Despite repeated requests, I still have not received the bill for my stay.
Overall, the management seemed disorganized, and my concerns were not addressed promptly. Considering the higher charges, the quality of service was disappointing.
Given these circumstances, I kindly request a partial refund or appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused, as this experience did not meet the standard I usually expect when booking
