very bad experience,tv is not working,ac is not working, staff no knowledge hotel

The hotel was very good, with clean rooms and washrooms, and all basic amenities available.

The rooms of hotel is very good and well cleaned and the staff is also very cooperative. Excellent service 👍

Fantastic Hotel with friendly staff . Rooms were big neat and clean . WI Fi system round the clock . Safe and silent place to stay. Bed can accommodate 2 adult and 2 child . Pickup and drop facility .

Hotel room service was very less, no light, had to take bath with cold water

It was a short stay for us but the staff was friendly and overall very cooperative. Its a home like stay and strongly recommended for Vaishnodevi travellers. Very dependable and couteous staff.

Please do not choose this property.. It is inside a small lane where the autos or cars deny to come in.. there are no lifts.. u need to climb to 2nd floor for rooms..

Their was a feeling of at home and service staff and owner are quite responsible and familiar. I wish to stay at srishti inn next visit to vaishno devi yatra... 🙏❤️🙏

Very Bad Exp.. Asked to help me out fro cancel the booking people sitting in the system of booking interface and hotel management was no cooperatiive.

Staff was good. Location quite inside gali & difficult for taxi to arrive. No intercom & lift. Location not much hygenic

Owner had overbooked the hotel, he asked us to checkin at another hotel nearby at 1am. We were left with no choice.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Shristi Inn. The rooms are really good with nice interiors, and the staff is courteous and helpful. However, the location is a bit tricky to find on Google Maps, which can be inconvenient for first-time visitors. Also, there's no in-house dining or even tea service—you'll need to walk about 3 minutes to get tea or food outside.
