Subject: Extremely Disappointing Experience – Refund Request

I am writing this email with extreme disappointment and frustration regarding my recent booking through your platform
When I reached the property (The Skyway | Richas Home), I was shockingly asked to go to another location, which was never mentioned at the time of booking. This alternative place was in an unsafe area, completely different from what your site showed. I trusted MMT while booking, but this was outright misleading.
Even after reluctantly going there, the property was in horrible condition – the place reeked with a foul smell, the ACs were not working, and it was nowhere close to being livable. Despite making multiple phone calls to the property and MMT support, there was no response at all.
I sat there helpless for over an hour, wasting my valuable time, and eventually had to book a different property on urgent basis (you can verify this from your records). This entire ordeal was not just inconvenient but mentally exhausting and completely ruined my plans.
Let me be very clear – I am not going to pay for this experience. I demand a full refund to my account immediately. Anything less than this is unacceptable.
This kind of negligence, false listing, and lack of support from MMT is completely unprofessional and has destroyed the trust I had in your services. If my refund is not processed right away, I shall be forced to take this matter further through legal action, social media escalation, and the consumer forum.
I expect a prompt response and resolution to this complaint.
