Subject: Extremely Disappointing Experience at The Sky Imperial, Jamnagar I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with our recent experience at The Sky Imperial, Jamnagar. Upon ordering "Steam Rice," we were shocked to be served what appeared to be leftover rice. This was far below the quality we expected To make matters worse, when we expressed our dissatisfaction to the staff, they dismissively suggested speaking with the owner. However, despite our requests, we never received a response or the opportunity to discuss the matter directly. Even at checkout, when we once again asked to speak with the owner, the staff informed us that they had already spoken with the owner on our behalf and advised us to just leave it as feedback. This abrupt and dismissive treatment was appalling and unprofessional. We expected much better service and quality from a brand like The Sky Imperial. This experience was beyond disappointing, and we hope that this feedback will be seriously considered for the sake of future customers.

The AC wasn’t working had reported mmt there was no one to assist till the room, the desk staff was very rude, I had called mmt but they even didn’t salve my problem

My experience at the sky imperial kailash was exceptional staff were warm and attentive, rooms were well-maintained with free toiletries, and daily housekeeping kept everything immaculate. The hotel’s location near airport road and just a short drive from landmarks like shantinath mandir and bala hanuman temple made exploration easy. Great food, great service highly recommended

I had a wonderful stay at The Sky Imperial Kailash on Airport Road, Jamnagar just 1km from Jamnagar Airport. The spacious, air-conditioned rooms are thoughtfully designed with soundproofing and city views. The free Wi‑Fi and complimentary parking made everything seamless. Centrally located, very poor housekeeping, linens were not changed when we checked in, similar experience of other travellers, food quality poor, no trained staff

Very poor behaviour at reception. Total casual attitude at checkin. When we got to the allotted room 501, it was still in uncleaned condition & we were then shifted to another room 410. No person was allotted to carry our luggage nor offered. This room looked superficially clean, but on closer inspection found the linen does not seem to have been washed. Seems it was simply squared up after the previous occupants left. The washroom was in slightly better condition, but could definitely have been cleaner. The buffet breakfast could have also been better, the staff were wearing shabby clothes, the tea was cold, very few items were kept in the buffet, the general cleanliness left a lot to be desired.
