very terrible experience, 3 times room change , basin was leaking and no any facilities was provided like - ac was not working

Hotel staff was polite and cooperative. Clean room and bathroom in a quiet n pleasing environment.

Rooms were nice and big enough for a couple. Staff and the owner were well behaved and polite and did their best to serve, only thing that we felt was the lack of staff due to diwali holidays so things were a bit mismanaged but their behavior was all above and they tried to do their best. Over all it was a good experience in this budget. Some suggestions : 1) there should be soap case installed in the bathroom as guests are compelled to keep soap on wash basin and it is really unhygienic. 2) there should be geyser in bathroom (they said it will be installed soon) 3) there should be bathroom air freshener in bathroom. 4) water jugs or bottle must be kept in every room as guests have fill the water bottle from a 20 ltr jar kept in lobby. 5) there should be wardrobe in all the rooms so guests can keep their belongings inside because rooms get messed up if we keep belongings in room.
