Poor hygiene, non-adherence to covid protocols. Lift not available, limited breakfast option with a policy to allow only one type of food in breakfast, that too will be served in the room.

It was a complete waste of money. I would have rather stayed on The streets. The room was dirty, filled with insects. The room was congested. The fan wasn't working properly. The geyser wasn't working either. In fact we had already informed The hotel that we'll be leaving very early in The morning and would need The geyser. In spite of that The geyser wasn't working and there was no staff available in The morning to look after this problem.

Its a average hotel. Rooms are big in size but maintenance has to be improved. Food quality was not good. Service n wifi connectivity was ok.

It was a nice stay. I don't have much opportunity to taste food. But breakfast was good, scope of improvement there.

I booked the hotel at last minute through MakeMyTrip. I was pleasantly surprised with the overall experience. The receptionist was good and pleasant. The registration didn't took much time. The room service was prompt and good. The food served was fresh and good to eat. Will definitely stay there in future.

Nice room. AC, TV & Geyser works properly. Good quality of food. Service is proper but slow. However, the matress for bed is not comfortable and slides during sleep. Overall, a very good hotel at prime location.

Rooms are big but geysers do not work in most rooms .. Good for overnight stay .. There is a restaurant cum bar on the first floor which has decent food. It was somewhat difficult to locate the hotel but market is very nearby

Location is good. At the heart of the town. Lavish rooms. Also get free breakfast service from the hotel. I like my stay there very much. Facilities are also very good. Staff are also good. But food quality might be better

Hotel is located in the prime location, plenty of nearby restaurants and other shops. Rooms are clean and spacious. Food prices are on the higher side. The staff are cordial and helpful. Planning to stay during my next trip again.
