Terrible service and dishonest billing practice. I ordered food and juice at this hotel — the quality was average at best. The juice alone cost ₹300, and the waiter insisted on payment through his personal UPI account, saying the receipt would be given at checkout. But after checking out, they handed me a bill that didn’t reflect what I actually paid. This is completely unprofessional and feels like a scam. Very disappointed.

I am staying here last 4-5 day and front office staff behaviour is not good staff every time create a disturbing. Male staff manager is good but morning shift female manager is not experienced also bad behaviour.

just visited Lilli vilas in the previous month, and I was mesmerized to see their luxurious accommodations. Their staff behaviour is also excellent and food is delicious, and I would love to visit again.

I have booked my room in premium category but i got normal room which was terrible. Very congested and dirty and ac wasn't working. Washroom was stinking very bad. When i was asking for premium room i was denied by the manager. I have videos of room

The property is located at a good and approachable location, food and services were also great in terms of quality and response wise, friendly staff. Cons: dampness smell, one can easily find the dampness in the room, washroom though cleaned properly but coz of dampness had a foul smell. My recommendation stay only not getting anywhere else.
