This property has few rooms (6-7). Basically it has a lawn and banquet hall for organizing functions and parties. I stayed here for the neet pg exam of my daughter. Ours was the only room booked on that day. Although the room was nice and clean but lacks house keeping up to mark due to lack of sufficient work . My package was with a complimentary breakfast. They don't arrange a buffet for breakfast, but offer breakfast with limited options. The food was nice and tasty.

Dear Guest, we are extremely sorry for the problems you faced during your stay. Their was a temporary technical glitch from the Internet Service Provider which was not in our hands to resolve. The same was resolved the very next day. We would appreciate if you could give us another chance to serve you. Once again we are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused. We are now planning to have a secondary backup connection too.

Dear Guest, we have checked and as per our records AC was working fine. You wanted the Cooling system to take the room temperature to 16 Degrees Celsius which is practically not possible. The cooling was absolutely fine and as per our set standards and practices. We even changed your room upon your request. You are requested to find better properties with extra cooling for your comfort at your next visit since we can can not provide you a Room Temperature of 16 Degrees.

Dear Guest. AC Cools properly. However, it takes times for the rooms to cool down in this high temperature and high humid climate. We have 24 Hours hot running water. You just had to switch the taps. If you were facing issues, you could have easily taken the help of Housekeeping Staff for the same and they would have readily helped you to get cold water. As far as food is concerned, we are genuinely priced and we try to serve the best quality food to our guests. For any further suggestions or complains you mail to the CEO

Dear Guest, we have heavy duty AC's too provide efficient cooling even at temperatures above 50 Degree Celsius. However, cooling takes some time and we expect our guests to bear with us for that moment. It is not possible practically for any hotel to provide you with a precooled room. we checked in around 8.00 PM when we entered into the room, the room was hot AC was not working. when we told manager to do something, he assured that it would take 30 min. to cool it off but even after two hours AC did not cool the. room. apart from, we asked for called water, they refused to serve. However, we offered to upgrade your room and shift to a different room to which you denied. We also served you with Chilled Packaged Drinking water without charges as you asked for Chilled RO water which was not available. However, we would like to assure you that these short comings have been taken care of and you can rest assured that you will get better services when you visit us next time. Excellent Stay
First of all this is my second time staying here, just because the experience served is out of the box. The mam who was handling reception greeted us with warm welcome and helped me solve our queries and staff and the owner is also very cooperative. The food was also nicely served with my preferred choices. I would come again if i visit muzzafarpur again. No otp?

Dear Guest, Thanks for the positive reviews and ratings. We are working on the issues marked by you and in future we will have certain number of rooms with soft mattress. As of now, since most of the guests demand for hard mattress, therefore we have only medium hardness mattress in our rooms. Once we complete the project and have more operational rooms, we will have rooms with softer mattress too.

groupLocation on main road and restaurant was awesum. Staffs were very cooperative. Vikas and shivam in front desk were good. I like the suite room.

Worst experience to stay their. They charge 10% extra for room services. Food was also not good and healthy

Dear Guest, It is clearly mentioned in the Menu that Room Rates are different in comparison to the Restaurant. We however, understood your condition and gave you discount as per your request at the front desk. Even then, you have rates us poor. This is surely not what we look forward to. You are requested to find a better property on your next visit if you are not satisfied with our facilities & services.

Dear Guest, we apologize for the inconvenience caused. However, we would like to state that mosquito repellants are available with the Housekeeping Department. You could have easily called up the reception desk for the same. As far as Bathroom Exhaust is concerned, we have a centralized ventilation system. Hence, the sound of an exhaust fan is not audible inside the room as the fan is installed as at a distant place. However, we would would like to ensure you that you will not be disappointed when you visit us the next time.
