Third grade hotel and service, cable not working, pathetic food and bill /invoice they didn't gave, said will send on wjats app, but never received. I will never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. Its a honest confession. Thank you.

Hotel grand varthaman room is not good and room service staff not available. Very very bad experience for me.

Room ok, ac not upto the mark.

Hotel location is good, it's on national highway, not very far from city. Good for those who are visiting ceramic zone. Ok

The rooms are very well maintained. The staff courtesy is superb, the food was of very good quality. The bathroom toilet kit had all the things which were really needed and were being refilled promptly by the staff. Good value for the money.

Salty water in bathrooms and that was not good. Staff great and wouldn't like brushing teeth or bathe in khara pani.

The property is good and well maintained from inside. Staff hospitality is very good. Interiors, facility and washroom amenities are good and working properly. The drawback is that most of the window view are not clear to view outside world and the view through window is partly open to view outside. Did not got any opportunity much to taste the food but overall is a good property. It is charged bit on the higher side.

The ac was not working and water was leaking from it. Very few options for breakfast, the staff said dew to temperature eggs and bread are rotten. Very poor food service.
