Rooms are good and spaces and easy to reach

Property is very good and location is also good staff is also cooperative good property to stay value for money

This is a good property. Clean renovated rooms. Good food. Staff better than what you would expect in tier iv city.

Mosquito issue which made my night into a sleepless night. There were many mosquitos in my room due to which i could not sleep properly at night.

Very small rooms and the toilets were not clean at all not worth the price they are charging for deluxe room

Hotel staff was the worst! they didn't serve breakfast, forced me to check out early, and the room was filthy with mosquitoes that kept me up all night. Terrible experience, never going back to that dump!

The hotel is good. Clean and hygienic. The staff is cooperative. Hotel is conveniently located at walkable distance from the train station. Breakfast choice is limited. Room is big and nicely spaced

room was not same as shown, work desk not available, bed sheets and pillow covers already used when asked to change again attendant bring used ones complimentary breakfast also bad 👎. mosquitos and small insects in the room. only building is good and clean rest all poor. very bad experience

Hotel service and room was well but the manager of the hotel was a total jerk and ill mannered and doesn’t even know how to behave with guests and he even forced me to pay extra charges

I will never suggest booking this hotel. hotel owner, manager, service boy, reception person, pickup person- all are managed by one man, no lift working, no tv working, no clean washroom, not good for the family, no good food, no mobile network in the hotel, far away from the city and no clean bed. The hotel is under construction-don’t booked.

Breakfast is really terrible, this hotel is not follow the maintainence system, how to serve our clients, food quality is too bad, feeling like bad quality guest house, just only for night stay. Thats it
