Very much friendly staff helped me with my personal work and for Food. Room and Bathroom were clean.

Intercom not working, gate lock not proper working, washbasin tap permanent leakege, employee not taking proper responce

Room was good and spacious. But water from ac vent was dropping in room. Towel was so unhygienic, dental kit seems in very miserable condition. Kindly improve all these things. Tv was not recharge.

The room was good but the facilities was not good. Hospitalization was not good. Staff were good and co-operative. Overall it was a good stay and good experience.

Hotel was horrible. I reached late night, and I discovered I was only person staying in the Hotel. Service was not good, no telephone in the room, so I had to come outside the room and shout for the service staff. Hotel is not maintained. Wash room, bed sheet, pillow cover was dirty, not cleaned.

The stay was good, we are regular guests in this hotel from the past 2 months. Facilities can be updated like 2 water bottles shall be provided before asking for it, had to shout for everything we need. There is no variety in food so we didn't want to eat the food. Breakfast variety and services shall be improved.

Tv was not working as they didn't recharge the tv. Facalities were not good. There was mosquitoes in the room so I asked for good night or mosquito repellent machine but the same was not provided. Just had the breakfast at the Hotel which was good.

Services are not at all good.
