Terrible Stay

It was a horrible experience. I arrived at 9:45 am on the 14th and found that a room was available, but the owner insisted i pay for an additional half day if i wanted to check in before 12:00 pm. He didn't even offer me a glass of water, so i had to sit and wait until noon. Moreover, the rooms and washrooms were not clean, and the room service was pathetic. I did not keep any image but suggest you not to recommend anyone.

The worst i don’t have a option of giving less star. It doesn’t deserve one star also. Don’t know how people have rated four star for this. No hot water was available owner refused to provide hot water. The rooms were very dirty. The toilets and bathrooms was the worst very dirty and disgusting. No cleaning, drinking water was provided in a mug. Same used bedsheets. All the walls and furniture in the rooms also were very dirty and dusty. The worst hotel i have ever stayed doesn’t deserve a four star rating. Guess the ratings given by others are fake just to increase the star. Would suggest not to stay in this. There will be more better options in the city to stay.

Room was spacious and had all basic amenities but there was not a regular power backup available during my stay, despite of booking through the mm t hotel charged 900 extra and refused to provide the invoice for the same, even i was agreed to pay gst on extra charged amounts. Door lock stuck in the night. Overall it was not a good stay for me and i'll not suggest anyone whoever traveling for the official purposes.

Hotel room in which we stay is clean. We have good experience in stay. Staff is also good. Restaurant food is on a average as per taste.

We have stay me and my wife with 2 year old children we had check in this hotel at 8 pm evening on 22. 01. 2022 and i told to reception sir if i check in then please consider 24 hrs 8 pm evening check out on 23. 01. 2022 but he has not consider and told that after 12 pm you will charge other day so i think this is the very bad procedure right now i am in lalitpur after 12 pm on temple because my wife given exam of uptet 1 and 2 paper so i think my hotel booking is totally west and costly. So next time i never book this hotel in future and and to suggest to other member please not stay in this hotel thank you
