Review Of The Golden House

It was really amazing experience and the hospitality was also fabulous. Very shortly i will reach back in mid january here.

The location is fine and property average, the management is terrible. I had requested for early check in with necessary additional payment. I was adjusted in a hotel next door and my room was not ready till 1200pm. What was shocking was the hotel staff shifted my stuff from my room to some other in my absence and when i questioned it on return i was asked to adjust as if it is a routine. The property owner though was helpful initially was adamant on not even accepting mistake of the staff. It seemed a regular affair for the staff to shift personal belongings of the customers. The photos attached show how unprepared room was handed over to me.

Room are clean staff supportive good food

Food though not booked but ordered from hotel restaurant was excellent. Hotel nicely arranged sam dune desert safari and taxi drop to next destination jodhpur

Room was clean and hygienic. Hotel staff and owners were accommodating and kind. Food was ok. Location is ok.

Hotel is normal don't go with the photos only the front side of hotel is not good. No cleanliness, staff is good and poli. But all around experience is ok not so good take just next hotel imperial or rupal something the main road touch hotel is good

Rooms bathrooms were near and clean, however one of the rooms was short of accessories that were made up partially. Food supplied was fresh and made as per our taste and requirements. Staff was nice and cordial. All in all a comfortable stay and i won't hesitate repeating the stay there in future.

Our stay was very pleasant. The hotel is very neat & clean. Room size is also good. Staff is very co operative. I will strongly recommend this hotel to others. The hotels traditional look is also very nice.

Clean room, helpful staff, central location and amazing food. I really enjoyed my stay at the golden house, the staff was very helpful in arranging everything so perfectly, it was an amazing experience during my family trip to jaisalmer. Everything 5 / 5

Silent and cool environment rooms were good and spacious best for couples nice place to staystaff was friendly

Hotel has heritage feeling. We got an upgrade to a family room with 2 double beds. Rooms are fairly large in size with decent rajasthan style furniture. Bathroom was also large in size and good fittings. Overall, it was neat and clean. Good was served on the terrace with views of the fort. The tables and chairs were average and so was the cleanliness. Staff was nice and courteous, but not well dressed, didn't look professional at all. They didn't look like cleaned up or taken bath in the morning before serving breakfast. They should improve on the outlook of the staff. Food tasted good.

Our stay there ended up being terrible because there was no hot water and they went on making excuses. When we complained each time they would switch on the geyser then or do something like that and then try to put the blame on us. We had booked two days' stay there but had to find another hotel after the first day. And they even refused to give us a refund for the second day. Terrible experience.

Nice place nice room staff is very helpful

This hotel has no elevator. No hot water at night. Only central hot water in morning. Both our rooms did not get hot water even after running cold water for 15 min per hotel person. No worth rs 14000 we paid for one night for this hotel. Pluses: nice looking hotel. Spacious rooms. Good breakfast.
