Comfortable Stay with Great Service
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was very good and quite spacious, making it comfortable throughout my visit. The room service was efficient and prompt, adding to the overall convenience. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and access nearby attractions. The hotel was okay for a short stay. The room was clean but a bit small, and the furniture looked a little old. The staff were polite but not very quick with service. First of all when we entered the wash room we saw cockroach in the wash room. Bath towels were also not fresh and we're stinking. The hotel is quite old and we had ask the hotel authorities to spray room freshner once we checked in. Food was very good. I booked at the Fern Residency Somnath in an emergency because there were so many big issues at the Lemon tree somnath. The receptionist provided me the details at the Fern quickly and I also lived at the Fern dwarka. Overall staff, food location, services, restaurants are good and exciting. Loved this property. You guys are rocking. This is actually a 5 Star Property ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

Hi, Room : Good. Cleanliness : Good. Food : Food was average. Not much options available (not value for money). Service was below average. No one was there to serve live items. They kept us waiting for 20 minutes for Roties. Unfortunetely we had opted & paid for Breakfast and Dinner both. Overall : Average stay.
