Review Of The Fern Leo Beach Resort

This is a very best resort for stay. There all services a very good & need & vlean

1. First I have been allotted on room no.110 but remote of TV not working and suddenly power off and much water was started falling from bathroom ceiling , I got electric shock while touching steel kettle, so on request my room changed to no.109 2. In 109 while watching news on TV suddenly lost signal but as I want to go on beach, I did not care for. On return from beach also signal not there, I want to see the news of rain because I had to returned Ahmadabad by road in morning .I also want coffee, so I try on intercom for the same but intercom also dead. Therefore I personnel went reception and made complaint. 3. After some time I got coffee and mechanic came in room but he could not solve the problem of intercom and TV signal. So again I personally went reception and talked to officer , he told that electric work is gong on and problem will be solved after some time. After some problem was solved. I would tike to inform strange thing that hotel charges are high but only free channels are added, not a signal channel for cost of Rs. 1 and 2 are added. 4. In night rain was there and in my room water of rain entered, so I decided to check out early morning , when I got out of room, gallery also full of water and same on ground floor. Due to that my shoes and socks got wet. There was not care as the name of Hotel. 5. I like food only.

Property badly needs maintenance. Very dirty all around. Same and very limited breakfast everyday. Frequent power cut every day. Shock when you shower when geyser is ON.

Amazing experience Property is at a unique and beautiful location Food was excellent too

I found this property online and I research through other sources.Location of this property is perfect.Property is neat & clean and very well maintained. Cottage room is giving rich and vintage vibe. During sunset,Infinity swimming pool will secretly stole heart.Restaurant is good, Food and service is up to the mark 100% satisfactory.Manager & room service staff is supportive and well behaved.100% recommendations to choose this property.

The property is very small with minimum facilities. Not worth it to go there specially. Its okay if you are travel-ling near the property. Rooms are very small and old style construction. Over all experience 3/5

It's a wonderful place to visit and supportive staff with all minor things. Food is very delicious and healthy. Perfect silent and romantic place. A couple friendly and honeymoon type place. Combination of economical and beautiful

The place is at very scenic location on beach & open sitting area is good. Food is good but can be improved further in view of the price charged. Though rooms were good but the maintenance of property can be improved in terms of rooms & common areas for better feel at this price. Overall it was a good experience for a short vacation.

It was nice staying. Well clean and hygiene maintenance by hotel. Supportive staff as well and food quality is also excellent.

Hotel. Location is good, hotel food is also hygienic and tasty. But the rooms are quite old and need an upgrade. It gives you the feeling of not being well maintained when you are going with the brand name of "the fern" in mind. It is good at this price point of 5-6k but not up to the expectation for me as compared to other ferns i have experienced.

Hotel location is good, food is awesome, service is good but not very well maintained property. Its rusty at many places. Its not exactly a beach resort as mentioned. They dont have their private beach too. There is a road between property and beach.

The property is old and not managed properly. The reception guy is rude and unhelpful. Breakfast, lunch and dinner times are late than usual. Light cuts are frequent in rooms. The room allotted to me was changed after i complained that just by switching the water heating kettle, all the light in the room just switched off. The complaint was heard after i went to the reception and complained in person because the reception was not picking up phone. After serving any meal in the room, they don't even provide tissues (even after asking for tissues specifically.
