The rooms are as small my friends booked it personally and tey got double the size of room I booked and I received a single room which is half the size I told them and they did not even accomodate

Prime Location of properly no doubts but you need to maintain the entry road of hotel that need to repair it on priority .food is very yummy, amenities and services are excellent. Next time also i would definitely choose this hotel

The hotel is impeccable. The overall amenities are very good and so is the cleanliness. The best part is that the hotel is very close to the highway so a perfect place to stay if you are thinking of breaking your journey from mumbai/pune to goa.

We stayed at the Fern Kolhapur for a night and i must say the stay was very comfortable. The rooms very very clean and luxurious for the pricing. Will surely recommend the hotel to anyone wanting a stay in Kolhapur

Hotel Stay is good, very comfortable bed and extra bed provided as well was clean. Breakfast options are less compared to price paid. Need to have bigger gym for the price. Overall not a value for money with 10am checkout which was extended to 12pm on request. Good family hotel though !

I had booked a grand classic suite. Room was good, spacious and clean. Hospitality was great. However, it would be great if there was a suitcase storage rack in the room. Gym could have been better and cleaner but it was manageable. Overall, value for money hotel.

Rooms are basic and jaded, no snacks were in the room, no iron. The hotel look and feel is basic comparing to the room rent. Breakfast spread was ok but the restaurant look is basic and as per 5 star hotel standard. Not recommended basis on services provided at the rent charged

This is a very old ill maintained property with less trained staff. The fern name is being spoiled with such hotels. The bedsheets were stinky phone was out of order(fixed promptly) . We were just passing by hence didnt make a scene but it’s not worth the premium charged.
