Nice experience, just beside the river and room Balcony facing river. Nice staff

It was an amazing property but couldn't do boating as we went in monsoon. But had good time at the priperty. Backwater shore/surroundings near the property were little dirty because of monsoon otherwise its good. I will revisit this property in proper season.

Property wise all Good

Such a beautiful place to stay. The scenery was so mesmerizing (river view right in front of balconies). The staff were very kind and helpful. This place also provides 2hr long boating for just 1.5k for entire boat. No doubt it was a 10/10 experience. Loved it

Arrangement on the lake bed was very nice. Price is on very higher side compare to amenities they provide. They give complimentary breakfast which is just for name same. It's not good at all. Food we need to order from nearby restaurants which coastal breeze has contacts with and the food was good. Overall for one time experience can visit this place. The best view from the view and very calm place.

The charges are way to high for stay without power back up, no restaurant or room service

Rooms are excellent and well maintained and clean and the view of the sharavathi river is breathtaking and caretaker was courteous and we had a great time and break fast was simple and tasty, but the rooms are little over prized, but overall a great experience
