Excellent. Would be better if there was Good Air conditioning in the room. Dinner buffet was also really good

Staff were great. Location and accommodation was also very good. The item for improvement would be the choice for breakfast - but this was a minor point

Property was awesome easily located ,food was good and service was excellent overall experience was good.

Worst experience at a so-called premium resort. AC didn’t work, staff was rude, and they even entered my room with a ladder at 11 PM — zero privacy and professionalism. Constant disturbance, careless service, and no value for money — absolutely not recommended.

Our stay at Cabbana was excellent. The best was the service. The staff really made us feel like celebrities. Also, we got upgraded to villa.

They charge my daughter food she is toddlers two and half year and her milk get rotten they charged extra money for just one ltr pack

When I visited such a cabana, how much room did he provide, how much A.C. it did not work, I kept waiting for 20 minutes, he called the electrician but then he provided a second room, but the A.C of that room was faulty, then see everything, let's go back, let's refund the payment, he said, oh where wait, you get a villa provided, then I got the villa, everything was fine, at 12.30 at night I checked out, it looked like this but next day my family came, while celebrating my birthday, I saw the family villas I was going to see, I wanted to stay like this for one day but let me give it to the manager, he misbehaved and said that we can book only after seeing the photos, we should not show it, do it like this Can we decide on villas without seeing them? Very wrong behaviour, the manager's attitude level is very high

I had a wonderful and comfortable stay.the place was clean, well-maintained and had all the necessary amenities

No bath tubs in villa very basic rooms, hotel breakfast is very basic not as per standard of five star property

Old style room need renovation. LCD tv in room same also not working. Service late, staff not have knowledge, AC not working. Room tarrif to much high and worthless fare. Hotel is 5 star but i recommend for 3 stars.

Dirty bathtub, when I opened the tap for water first there was no water, then later on there was mud and dirt coming from the tap, toilet seat was leaking, so water all over the bathroom and even the mini bar refrigerator not working, TV remote also not working properly.

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Cabanna! Beautiful property, great service, and everything was well organized. Special thanks to Mr. Lucky Katoch for his outstanding hospitality — truly made the experience memorable. Highly recommended!

I booked this hotel on the strength of the hotel reviews , and so wished I hadn't. Looking back at the reviews now, I wonder if there are two hotels with the same name. There is a review under speciality lodging that exactly mirrors my own experience - how I wish I'd seen this before booking my own stay... The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed.The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness.Had one of the worst experience in my life.rooms are worst quality. Room was dust central, dust had settled everywhere and even after us wiping it off with some baby wipes it would re settle. Under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust looked like it had been forgotten about by the cleaner.it doesn’t look like 5 star hotel . I wanted to write more but i think it is waste of time. Thank u

Experience was too good. The staff and their service were also excellent. I like their food as we had only breakfast, it was delicious. Will come soon.
