I stayed with my wife at avps hotel in lucknow for 5 days to attend family function from 25 nova 2023 to 30 nova 2023. My stayed period in this hotel was very terrible. There were no attendants to serve/help the guest except one receptionist who occasionally sit on his chair. We waited for an hour to check in my room because the receptionist didn't have any room keys, all the keys were kept by the owner living in another place. We came to know that owner is retired i as and having very rude and arrogant attitude. He earned so many properties nearby places. In the room there was no mineral water available, no towel, no functional tv, no hot water, no safety, no housekeeping, no geyser, no sanitizer, no toilet paper as per they claimed in room. No parking space available for vehicles. I recommend please do not book room here if you want to safe stay with your family. If you are accompanied with friends to enjoy bachelor life, it is good.

This is my second time in 6 months. Room and other services is good. Only problem is that they don't have dining facilities in the hotel. Though on our request they provided us kettle and tea bags, milk pouch etc

Room not clean tolet seat was not ok wash room was not clean and the pillows are not comfy. Internet wasn’t working properly

The hotel is at a prime location and provides wonderful infrastructure. Also the prices are economic and reasonable in present time.

Stay at avps was nice. However, there are some issues such as non functioning of lift and exhaust fan at toilet. It doesn’t provide food services but outside food is allowed.

Space is okay. But room is not properly cleaned.

Hotel staff was good rooms are very good and clean

Please note the following 1. it was written breakfast not available but actually the restaurant is closed and not in operation. 2. Hot water supply was not working for 3 out of 4 days. 3. Despite repeated request and checking from their side it could not be rectified 4. Nearby loudspeakers were on late through the night disturbing the working. 5. There no fit place to eat within a km of the hotel.

There was human created noise (probably by intoxicated guests) till 3 am and it kept disturbing the sleep.
