Contact no of owner was switched off, the location they shows was wrong location

They show location address pranpe colony amravati, there was not a resort, the resort location 80 km away from showing location the contact no which given on invoice was switched off, when i reach at resort after searching on google there resort manager says, your booking does not showing in my site, so i have paid extra rupees 2000 for stay,
