Review Of Taraji Resort

Location is very good, food is also good. But the room has mosquitoes which need to tackled by staff.

Hotel room was not hygienic, toilet seat was not clean, washroom ventilation was pathetic such that the bad odour from the drainage pipe was recirculated which was unbearable. There was no handwash available even after asking for the same. Only wafer like slices of soap and small shampoo packet was provided. Towels were stained. Reception was not polite. The balcony of the room was dirty with birds droppings. The experience was bad even after paying a premium amount.

There was loud music from a marriage function until 1:30 am that was too loud. Had to complain at around midnight but the front desk said they cannot help much. The hot water was not coming in. Terrible experience.

Linen were dirty, tv not functional remote of it broken i three piece toilet basin were very much tanned taps were rusted electric boards were hanging. That was situation of room no 306 where i stayed while charges for one night

Good facade & lobby. But the room is poorly maintained. The window ac in the room was quite noisy. Quite a distance from ram mandir. Actually a banquet hall for marriage. Not a proper hotel. Price not matching the facilities.

Due to diwali, staff shortage. Why you are charging high rate during festival.

Stay was great, clean rooms and well maintained amenities. Staff was nice and helpful and informative as well.

Terrible and pathetic experience. Tent house people were sleeping on the floor of the hotel. Overall worst experience in my life after paying so much.

Everything except the geyser was very good . hygienic and clean and prompt response of staff was good 👍😊

Not good seriously if you have budget around 4-5k i would not recommend you to book the hotel very disappointed

The room was not cleaned properly and the bed matters and the pillow was stinking. Insects in room food was okay.

Terrible hotel service is disaster. We check-in hotel and once we inside room it was terribly bad. The room was too much dirty and noisy. In 5 min we come-out and told to reception its very bad quality of room and they offered us another one but that one is same. Rest they didn't had any room. I told them that just refund money and hotel said we will do it and we booked park in by radisson from there. When we called again to hotel than they told us that we will give refund but you need to update because they got booking . When we spoken they said they are in process and very soon they will update us. We were waiting but they didn't called or mailed us back regardinv this and then next day we called them and they said its already 24 hrs late so they will not refund m whattt? 24 hrs? we told them we are in touch with you from checkin time yesterday. They denied everything. Even we requested, at-least you should refund for one night. Its for two nights which is huge money and now they afe denied. We still waiting at-least for one night refund.

1. Warning: extreme noise pollution until 1am every night. They are not a hotel but a late-night party venue! 2. Old, badly maintained rooms. 3. We checked into the room to realise that even the bedsheets havent been changed.

Hotel staffs are inexperienced and they were focusing on the customers booked for marriage purpose. Hot water was not available in the room air condition was not working due to loose connection. Meal quality was not good in the restaurant according to the rate card and the satff of restaurant were not professional. Hotel staffs were not professional.

Customer treated very badly. Rooms are very old. No housekeeping. Not worthy for the amount charged. Better not to book here.

Decent room considering the small town that ayodhya is. The food was excellent and prepared fresh.

The staff was rude

Hotel entrance is very nice and rooms are spacious along with en-suite bath but level of cleanliness is not the best. There is a huge balcony attached bur cleanliness is poor. There is a restaurant in 2nd floor and the food is good.

Not at good hotel, tried to prove itself a good hotel but put a runner on bed doesn't complete the hotel facilities.
