The room was nice as I was their first customer in their new hotel. The owner and his family and staff was so cooperative that they even drop me to the another venue... It was neat and clean. Affordable and staffs are friendly, the perfect hotel u can find in Phagwāra

The property is ordinary, yet to be fully ready. The processes from check in to room allocation, room aesthetic, washroom, linen etc need a lot of improvement.

From check in to checkout the place has been excellent clean rooms, courteous staff. The staff is always ready to help you with everything that is required special thanks to the ladies who are cooking in the kitchen they make you feel like your are a home always from home.

Price is high relative to the cleanliness and amenities provided. Dirty cushions and blanket provided for extra bag and was later changed after asking multiple times

It was good experience, everything was neat & clean especially washroom staff dealing very good, owner talking way very good, i would prefer this place, it's also close to the shopping market & transportation system, it's a couple friendly hotel with all the necessities included, i will love to stay there in my next visit to phagwara

It was a terrible experience. The hotel lacks the basis facilities. The linens provide are used.

The rooms are soacious, but very less furniture, not even a cupboard, no one to help us with the luggages, no intercom also
