Stay is comfortable but initially the manager told me that no room is available in the hotel, and he told to go some other hotel, but on my informing him that i will report the matter to authorities he has given me the room.

The room given to me was bad. I guess this room is one among the rooms that they give for the online bookings. Accommodation facility. No hangers provided and cleanliness is less visible inside the bathroom which has a pungent smell of urea and yellow greasy stains in the closet. Pillows were so clean and smelling good, but the blankets seems not fresh. Even a bottle of water was not offered. But room seemed hygienic (not the toilet ) there was dirt (solid dirt) which was hidden by keeping the carpet above it, close to the bathroom. It looked like someone's vomit actually and they could have cleaned it before giving me, but they didn't. Pillows seemed ok, and pillow covers seemed washed. But the sheet smelled bad and dirty

The hotel is extremely dirty, lift is suitable for 2 persons only but rated for 4. The rooms are like sulabh sauchalaya available in bus stand and railway station, very small, no amenities provided, no soap or towel or water bottle. This is a very sub standard hotel, they are only playing with location advantage, it should be given negative ratings. You can get better rooms with lesser price.

We booked for this stay and feels like it was a bad move. We paid for one night stay and the rooms were so mediocre that one wouldnt even pay 500Rs also for those. When we checkedin the receptionist, who was clueless, looked at our booking ID and then asked us to share that on a whatsapp no as he had no clear idea about the booking. After getting response from that whatsapp no, he handed over a room which definitely would be one meant for the servant or watchman. It had no curtains and the toilet was terrible as well. After we highlighted this to the receptionist, he pondered for a while and then handed over keys to one of the normal rooms and we moved there. Here the wash basin was attached to the bedroom and when we made use of that washbasin, water started leaking out of the drainage pipe causing water to spread all over the floor. Overall it was a very pathetic experience and we would suggest to stop overly charging for rooms which are not even worth half of that price. Moreover the attitude of the receptionist was poor and its funny how he was asking for tips while we were checking out. Avoid this place or suffer.

Make my trip is considered to be the best, i don't why make my trip collaborate with such hotels, the hotel rooms were okay, no door mat for any rooms, nothing to cover the windows, it was difficult to get some privacy in such case, one room we received western toilet and other was indian no one was bothered to get the rooms changed and they frequently told the rooms are sold out, over all not satisfied with the stay.

Actually below hotel wasn't part of the room management that was very dissatisfing coz what if i book with breakfast included in it? so just u should be aware of live situations this is especially for make my trip management!

It was the second time I have visited this place and the hotel was next to the temple itself. Rooms were very clean and staffs as well.
