This hotel denied my booking at the last moment, and left me at the mercy of the "great customer care service" of the mm t app. For the next 2 hours i talked to 4 different customer care executives, explaining the same story again and again, and was getting nowhere. Finally after literally shouting at them, they managed to arrange me another hotel even further from where i needed it to be. So there needs to be some sort coordination between the hotels and mm t team, which will ensure seamless services for your customers. But for this time, my worst experience ever!
