I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience at the beginning was quite disappointing. We arrived 4-5 hours later than our check-in time, yet the room was not ready or properly cleaned. There was dust in the room and balcony, and it was obvious that no one had prepared the room before our arrival.
There was no remote for the AC, and when we asked about it, the attendant claimed the AC was automatic — which didn’t seem right. Similarly, there was no remote for the TV either. After wasting nearly an hour trying to sort this out, we were finally shifted to a different room.
Overall, the initial experience was frustrating and far below expectations. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their room readiness and basic amenities for future guests.
