    Terrible Stay

    Even though we had booked in advance, they shifted our booking to another stay a few hours before arrival because they were not accepting bookings for the stay we had booked. The next day, they again called us to shift to a third property as someone was to check-in to our room. It was too much hassle which they neither apologised for nor did they try to correct.
