Avoid Any Property Managed by StayVista – Misleading, Unprofessional & Disappointing Do not book any property managed by StayVista, especially if you’re traveling with family. Their listings are highly misleading — the pictures you see are professionally edited and often don’t reflect the actual condition of the property. What you get in reality can be shockingly different. Worse, they might abruptly switch your booking last minute claiming “maintenance issues” — but it’s often just a cover to move you to an inferior or completely unrelated property. You won’t get a refund, an apology, or even basic customer support. Your concerns will be ignored. This review is specifically for StayVista-managed properties where you have no direct contact with the owner. My experiences with genuine Airbnb hosts have been consistently great — but StayVista is aggressively expanding on Airbnb too, ruining the experience there as well. If you care about transparency, comfort, and peace of mind — avoid StayVista at all costs. FYI: this experience is for Happy Hive by stay vista Lonavla. They switch to us in this property by saying we are upgrading you.

Property is very good and upto the mark. We enjoyed the peace and services given to is by our caretaker Mr. Laxman who was very co-operate amd friendly. Also Mr. was very supportive and helpful during our stay. Food was average. Not upto to the mark as per the costing.

Me and my family had enjoyed our stay at the villa, everything was nice and best. The caretaker was so nice and helpful, will definetly recommend this villa to my family and friends
